    Air filter cleaning/ replacement

    Coil cleaning (evaporator & condenser coils)

    ◦ Cleaning of both the evaporator and condenser coils to improve airflow, energy efficiency, and prevent breakdowns.
    ◦ Removal of dirt, dust, and debris that can obstruct the coils' performance.

    Blower fan cleaning

    ◦ Cleaning of the blower fan assembly to remove dirt and buildup that can cause poor airflow and system strain.

    HVAC system inspection

    - Ensure the outdoor unit is unobstructed.
  • Service 3 (post-Summer)
  • September - October
  • - Deep clean indoor and outdoor units.
    - Inspect and clean drain pan.
    - Check refrigerant levels.
    - Examine and clean blower motor and fan blades.
    - Inspect ducts for leaks or blockages
    - Replace worn-out components if needed.
  • Service 4 (Pre-Winter)
  • December - January
  • - Test heating function if applicable (for HVAC systems).
    - Clean filters and coils.
    - Inspect insulation on refrigerant lines.
    - Check for unusual noises or vibrations.
    - Perform a final check of the thermostat and controls.
    - Winterize the unit (if required for your climate).
